Field to Cash

The work is done.
The invoice is not.

Most contractors do not lose money on jobs they never won. They lose it on jobs they finished, approved, and then delayed somewhere between the field and finance. We find that revenue, age it, and route the next action to the right person.

Call +1 315 953 2456 15 minutes. We show you the board on your own numbers, before you pay anything.

What we look for — measure it on your own books

The expensive failure is usually not a missing reminder. It is work that is complete and approved, and then delayed between field operations and finance.

What the loop does

  1. Completed work → invoice. Connects job records to the billing queue, drafts the invoice, and flags lines that look like unbilled extras for a human to approve.
  2. Unbilled and blocked revenue board. One list of everything complete but not billed — aged, with the owner of the next action named. This is the board we show you in the first 15 minutes.
  3. Debtor chase. A day 1/7/14/21/30/45 ladder, statement at 30, escalation at 45, alert to you at 60. Every message waits for your click in week one.
  4. Renewals and recurring. Service agreements, inspections and compliance dates with escalating reminders, so recurring revenue does not lapse by accident.
  5. Books hygiene. Bank feed matched, exceptions listed for a human. Nothing auto-posts.

What we do not do. We never move client money, never post to your ledger unsupervised, and never touch trust or escrow accounts. Nothing writes to your books in the entry tier. Week one, every outbound message waits for your approval — including ours.

What it costs

TierWhat it doesSetup · Monthly
Starter Loop Visibility only. Read-only — nothing writes to your books. $1,500–3,000
$300–600/mo
Full Loop Adds quote-to-cash. Drafts invoices and the dunning ladder for your approval. $4,000–8,000
$800–1,500/mo
Command Loop Adds job costing and margin flags while you can still act on them. from $8,000
$2,000–4,000/mo

A part-time admin carrying this by hand costs $1,500–3,000 a month. US mean annual wages, BLS Occupational Employment & Wage Statistics, May 2025: bookkeeping and auditing clerks $53,560 · billing and posting clerks $51,070 · general office clerks $46,420 · payroll and timekeeping clerks $59,630.

Command Loop is not quoted on a first call. We do not publish a job-costing price until we can show you a dollar figure this has actually caught for someone. Before that it would be a number we could not evidence.

The next step is deliberately small

Fifteen minutes. We show you the unbilled and blocked revenue board on your own numbers, before you pay anything. If the number on that board is not worth more than the retainer, you should not buy this — and we will tell you so.
